New Project: Kinteroni Field Facilities
This project, for Repsol Peru, involves engineering, procurement and construction of production surface facilities for a platform of 3 wells with a daily production of 180 MMSCFD (million standard cubic feet per day) of gas in the Kinteroni field, in Block 57 in the Peruvian jungle.
The purpose of the work is the unification of gas from Kinteroni wells, production measurement and control for onward processing.
It also includes the construction of facilities in the New World cluster to be linked to production from other fields.
Construction on both locations involves civil works, pipelines, power generation, instrumentation, control systems and security systems. It also includes all buildings and services in the areas to support the operation.
The project duration is 15 months and the most important challenge is to coordinate logistics as the communication medium for transport of both materials and construction equipment is on the waterway.
